What we collect and why

The demo form

The form does not send anything itself. It opens your email app with a message to info@mirametech.com, filled in with your name, work email, company, industry and what you need. We receive it only if you send that email.

We use these details to reply to you and to arrange a demo. The same applies if you email us directly. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell your details.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interests. You contacted us about our service, and we need your details to reply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Who else handles it

These companies provide services to us and handle data on our behalf:

• Google runs our email (Google Workspace), so it stores the emails you send us.
• Our website host runs this site and sets the cookies listed in section 05.

Both may store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Email us if you want details of the safeguards that apply.
